Associate Pastor of Family Ministries

At College Street Baptist Church, we exist to engage, equip, and empower people to fulfill their God-given purpose in life. We believe this starts by investing in the next generation — helping children, students, and families grow in their love for Jesus and live out their faith.

We’re searching for a passionate Associate Pastor of Families to lead our Children & Youth Ministries (K-12) and partner with parents to build Christ-centered homes. If you long to see young people thrive spiritually and families strengthened for God’s mission, this may be the place God is calling you.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage kids, students, and families with the hope of the Gospel.
- Equip parents and volunteers to disciple the next generation.
- Empower young people to discover their identity in Christ and live out their faith boldly.
- Oversee all ministries from Sunday mornings to midweek discipleship, camps, and outreach.
- Build a team of caring adults who make church a safe, fun, and transforming place.

What We’re Looking For:
- A shepherd’s heart with a vision to disciple the next generation.
- A degree in ministry, plus experience leading youth or children.
- Someone skilled at building teams and connecting with parents.
- Proficient with social media to creatively tell the story of what God is doing.
