o Equip and encourage members for ministry and evangelism.
o Lead and collaborate with church staff and deacons.
Qualifications:
o A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
o Agreement with the Saluda Baptist Association
o Seminary degree preferred
o Proven experience in pastoral ministry
o Strong communication, leadership, and relational skills
