CHURCH TRANSITION MEETINGS
These meetings are designed to bring the church together to focus on key elements of searching for their next pastor. They are interactional meetings that provide opportunities for everyone to be a part of the search process. The end goal of the meetings will be to answer the question, “Who is Our Church”.
Meeting 1 – Biblical Characteristics of a pastor/leader
Meeting 2 – Mission/Vision and why they are important.
Meeting 3 – Who is my community?
