Bishop Branch Baptist Church seeks a spiritually mature and musically gifted Worship Leader to lead the church's worship ministry. This individual will work closely with the pastors to plan and lead Christ-centered worship services that faithfully support the preaching of God's Word and encourage congregational participation. The Worship Leader will oversee the church's music ministry, develop volunteers, coordinate special musical events, and help cultivate a worship ministry that glorifies God and serves the local church.
This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week, with scheduling flexibility as ministry responsibilities require. Bishop Branch Baptist has been accustomed to a “blended” style of worship. Bishop Branch Baptist Church is a cooperating church with the Southern Baptist Convention.
